Kale and chard salad paired with an easy pasta dish (soba noodles cooked in homemade veggie broth tossed with Italian seasonings, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, sea salt, and freshly ground pepper


Organic, locally grown produce I picked up from the local health foods store. Total $30.  Includes almost a pound of raw almonds and pumpkin seeds.  Not bad for veggies for the week.
